DELIVERY

Our first release will deliver within Ireland. Checkout is currently being prepared and orders are not yet open.

Once orders open, please allow 3–5 working days for us to pack and dispatch your order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Irish public holidays. Delivery time is additional to dispatch time.

Delivery within Ireland is €10 per order, charged separately from the necklace price. We use An Post Registered Post and send your tracking details after posting. Delivery time is additional to the dispatch period. The full order total is shown before payment.

If your delivery is delayed, missing or damaged, please contact 47greenstudio@gmail.com so we can help.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATION

You can change your mind and cancel your online purchase without giving a reason. Tell us within 14 calendar days of receiving your necklace by emailing 47greenstudio@gmail.com or writing to our business address below. You may use the optional cancellation form below or send another clear statement that you wish to cancel.

Send the necklace back within 14 calendar days of telling us you are cancelling. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct cost of return postage. Please package it securely and keep proof of posting.

You may inspect the necklace as you would in a shop. We may deduct any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Original packaging is helpful, but it is not a condition of exercising your cancellation rights.

We refund the item price and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. Any extra amount paid for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable for a change-of-mind cancellation.

We refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the necklace or evidence that you have sent it back, whichever happens first. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee.

If your necklace is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us. We cover the necessary return costs. If a fault appears within 30 days of delivery, you can reject the necklace for a full refund; your statutory rights continue after that period.
